Each Unit will be sold to the Highest Bidder for Cash Only. There will be a 10% Buyers Premium & a $50 Refundable Deposit. Deposit will be refunded after unit is cleaned out and broom swept. The Buyer will have 24 hours to clean out unit to receive the deposit.
