Terms for Real Estate: In order to register to bid you must present either CASH or a CERTIFIED CHECK for Five Thousand dollars ($5,000) made payable to you. 7% Buyers Premium. In the event you are the successful bidder you will be required to sign "The Offer To Purchase Contract" and pay the remainder of the 10% Earnest Money Deposit in cash or by certified check within Five (5) business days after signing offer to purchase contract. • Make the certified check payable to you. If you are the successful bidder you will endorse the check over to Classic Auctions, Escrow Account at the end of the auction. • Full 10% of Contract Price due by 5 Business Days • Closing will be on or before MOnday March 10th, 2010 (Time Being of the Essence) or as agreed by the Seller in writing. Buyer may choose the closing Attorney. • The property is being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS”. There will be no warranties either express or implied other than guarantee of clear title. You MUST rely on your own judgment and inspection when bidding on the property. • The contract is a no contingency contract. You are encouraged to pre-qualify yourself prior to bidding. If you cannot pay the balance due at closing you will lose all earnest money. • The Auctioneer is acting exclusively as an agent for the Seller. The Auctioneer is not functioning as an agent for the Buyer in the transaction. No third party Broker is a subagent for the Auction Company. |
