Linens, Towels, Pictures, Lamps, China, Glassware, Pillows, Decorative Accessories, Books, Whirlpool, Washer and Whirlpool Gas Dryer, Three Large Rugs, TV Sets, Patio Furniture, Large Gas Grill, Garden Tools, Hand Tools and much more. We expect that other items will be added prior to auction date. You never know!

You must settle for your purchases before you start to load your purchases. Auction personnel will not be allowed to leave the auction to help you load. We will not accept checks from buyers not known to us without a current bank of letter of credit specifically addressed to us for this auction and guaranteeing a specified amount for this auction. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS! We will accept major credit cards.
Special Note: NO PURCHASES MAY BE REMOVED FROM THE HOME WITHOUT A PAID RECEIPT. All buyers not previously registered with our company will be required to place right thumb print on registration card.

VERY IMPORTANT! If you have never been to one of our auctions or if you have not established check priviledges with us, we want you to know that we can not take your check unless you have a BANK LETTER OF GUARANTEE specifically addressed to us from your bank guaranteeing a specific amount for a particular auction day.
