- Real Estate is offered "subject to owners
confirmation". No Waiting, No Upset Bids. A
decision will be made "right on the spot".
- Upon seller's confirmation, A standard
offer to purchase contract will be executed.
- A $25,000.00 (per tract) Non-refundable
deposit (in certified funds & immediately dispersible) will be
required on sale day with balance of funds paid at closing
before December 31, 2002.
- A 4% buyers premium applies to high bid
price.
- Property is being offered "as is, where is"
without warranties or guarantees, express or implied.
Also, property is sold with no contingences.
- Seller will pay for deed preparation,
pro-rated taxes at time of closing, and deed stamps.
Buyer will pay for all other closing cost including but not
limited to: Buyers premium, attorney fees, title insurance,
pro-rated taxes at time of closing.
